Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Storm and emergency work
Emergency response times are averages, not guarantees. During declared storms, calls are prioritized by danger to people and structures. Crews do not work near energized power lines until the utility has made the area safe.
Storm rates are published before June 1 each year. After-hours emergency calls carry the flat fee stated at the time of your call.
Insurance claim documentation
StormReady Tree Service provides photographs, video and itemized invoices to support your claim. We are not a public adjuster or insurance agent, do not negotiate claims on your behalf and cannot guarantee coverage or payment by your insurer.
Permits, utilities and property lines
We check permit requirements before quoting removals and request utility locates before stump grinding. You are responsible for confirming property lines and for obtaining neighbor consent when work affects a shared or neighboring tree.
Financing
Financing is offered through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval. Payment examples on this website are sample figures for illustration only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
